Agri-Tourism

Grow and Go Local.

Agri-Tourism, or agritourism, refers to farm stays, fresh produce at farm stands, and the businesses and organizations associated with our local farmers. From pick-your-own farms to fresh cut or cut your own Christmas trees, farm stands, the local farmers market, and our local beef farmers, all of these businesses contribute their hard work and love of the land to the area.

With the rise of farm-to-fork, farm-to-table, and crop-to-cup trends, people around the country and world are beginning to realize and appreciate the idea of personally knowing their farmer(s) and where their food comes from. Non-GMO and pesticide-free movements have highlighted the fact that many Americans don't know their food’s origins or what is in/on it, let alone the conditions that it was raised in.

Agri-tourism is for people who appreciate freshness and the wholesomeness of food fresh from the farm. After all, everything always tastes better sun-ripened and fresh off the vine. Visit Luray-Page to enjoy our sweet potatoes, zucchini, lettuce greens, tomatoes, berries, corn, sirloin cuts, and more. We’ll see you at the stand, the market, or in the field during your next visit to Luray-Page.
