Description: The Chamber is partnering with the Page County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, April 23rd, from 5:30-7:00 PM, at Luray High School gymnasium, 243 Bulldog Drive, Luray, to teach us the basics of self-defense. This women’s self-defense class teaches you how to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and other attacks, including fighting on the ground and when confronted by a weapon. We emphasize realistic scenarios and realistic defenses. This class is FREE and designed to bring awareness to the need to learn self-defense and the reasons why.
