We are pleased to welcome Carl Knoblock, District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Virginia, as our featured speaker.
In the first session from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Mr. Knoblock will share his expertise and provide an overview of the SBA’s Federal Contracting Certification Programs, explaining how small businesses can successfully navigate and compete in the federal marketplace—the largest buyer in the world. In the second session 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, He will also discuss the new SBA HUBZone regulation changes taking effect in December 2024, including how they may positively or negatively impact local business models.
Lunch will be provided by Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce and will be $15 for Chamber Members and $20 for Potential Members.

We have three types of Gate Tickets for sale on our website starting March 1, 2025: Early Bird (21&older) for $25 ea- Early Bird Ticket Sales end 24 hours before event. At the Gate General Admission (35$) and a Designated Driver (DD) (16&over) ticket for $5. DD ticket holders will receive a DD armband. Children, 15 and younger, are free. All Early Bird and General Admission tickets receive an Official “A Taste of the Valley” 5 oz. frosted cup and Six (6) free beverage vendor tickets while supplies last. Additional vendor tickets will be available for purchase on site.
All proceeds will go to updating and renovating the Fair Grounds and Page County's Economic development projects.
